ISV-Marc CarilletUnder the overall supervision of the Special Representative, the Deputy Director of the Vienna Liaison Office represents the Special Representative in governmental based platforms as well as other OSCE meetings and conferences, and serves as Chief Administrator of the Vienna Liaison Office. In addition, Marc Carillet:

  • Maintains close liaison with diplomatic representatives to the OSCE and serves as focal point for relations with a number of governmental based platforms, including the Advisory Committee on Management and Finance and the Human Dimension Committee;
  • Supports work in the fields of gender issues, the Mediterranean, and South East Europe, as well as the Research Fellowship Programme in Vienna, among other responsibilities.

Carillet (France) joined the OSCE PA Liasion Office in Vienna in July 2007. A former Research Fellow, Carillet also previously worked in the field of external relations for the European Union.

He holds a master's degree in law with a specialization in political sciences from the University of Nancy and an MA in European Studies from the University of Westminster in London. Working languages: English, French and Italian.
