PUBLICATIONS

The OSCE PA's International Secretariat regularly produces various publications that are disseminated both as hard copies and electronically. In this section you will find summary reports of the Assembly's meetings, election observation brochures covering the PA's election observation activities since 1993, and special reports on topics pertaining to OSCE values and commitments. Also available here are the Assembly's Rules of Procedure and all OSCE PA Declarations adopted at Annual Sessions since 1991.
