The Rules of Procedure of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly deal with the composition, aims, membership and officers of the Assembly; the duties of the President, discipline and order; questions, rules of debate and voting; committees; organization of the Assembly and relations with outside bodies and individuals. The Appendix to the Rules contains the composition of the Assembly.

All OSCE PA Declarations, which consist of of the resolutions of the three General Committees as well as supplementary items that are adopted at Annual Sessions, are available here.
The Declarations represent the collective voice of the OSCE parliamentarians. They are forwarded to all OSCE governments as well as other international organizations and interested parties.
