IS 2017 Leah NodvinLeah Nodvin joined the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly’s Vienna Liaison Office in January 2017.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Political Science from Boston University. Leah also holds an international master’s degree in Economy, State and Society: Politics and Security from the University College London School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies as well as a master’s degree in International Relations in Eurasia from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. A substantial portion of her research focused on security sector reform, post-conflict state building and human security.

Prior to joining the OSCE PA, Leah completed an internship at the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of the Armed Forces within the Gender and Security and Parliamentary Oversight divisions. She has also interned at the Populations Secretariat within the Ugandan Ministry of Finance in Kampala, Graduate Women’s International in Geneva, and the Lowy Institute for International Policy in Sydney.

She speaks English, German, Russian and has some proficiency in French.
