Under the supervision of the Secretary General, the Head of Operations manages the OSCE PA’s procurement, asset management and security. In addition, Dimitrije Todorić:

• Provides logistical and administrative support before, during and after the Assembly’s statutory meetings;
• Provides administrative support to the Secretary General;
• Provides logistical support to the conference and election teams;
• Provides assistance regarding practical issues with the Danish MFA Protocol Department and other parties related to the Organization and its staff; liaising with the Danish Parliament for organizational, logistical and security matters.

Todorić joined the team of the International Secretariat’s permanent staff in December 2018. His experience includes working for the OSCE Mission to Serbia, the World Bank and the private sector.

Todorić holds a Master’s degree from the University of Belgrade, Serbia.

Working languages: English and Serbian. Good knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese.
