Felix Daiber joined the OSCE PA’s office in Vienna in May 2025. Holding a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Dresden University of Technology he possesses a background in international law, human rights and security policy with study and work experiences in Belfast, Jerusalem and Tripoli, Lebanon.
Prior to joining the OSCE PA, Felix supported the OSCE Section of the EU Delegation in Vienna monitoring developments in the politico-military and the human dimension. During his studies he worked for two years as a research assistant at the Dresden Chair of International Law, European Law and Public Law.
Felix is a native German speaker, has working knowledge of English, French and to a limited extent Arabic, and is currently learning Polish.
