Maria Luce Napoliello joined the OSCE PA’s office in Vienna in January 2024 and is currently based in the Copenhagen office. She holds a double master’s degree in Global Studies from Ghent University and Leipzig University, as well as a bachelor’s in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Bologna.  

Prior to joining the OSCE PA, she worked at the United Nations Development Programme in Copenhagen, and as a communication intern at the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna. Maria Luce also has experience in research institutes and finance. 

Maria Luce speaks Italian, English, and French, has a basic knowledge of Spanish, and is currently learning Russian.
