Marita Lagidze joined the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly's office in Vienna in March 2023. 

She holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Central European University. 

Prior to joining the OSCE she worked as a Parliamentary Fellow at the National Democratic Institute (NDI) Georgia. 

Marita speaks Georgian, English, French and Russian.
