Mikuláš Semerák joined the OSCE PA’s office in Copenhagen in March 2024. He holds a master’s degree in Political Science from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, as well as a bachelor’s in Diplomacy and International Relations from Prague University of Economics and Business, accompanied by a study certificate from Sciences Po Paris.

Prior to joining the OSCE PA, he worked at the People in Need INGO in Prague, and as a diplomatic intern at the Permanent Mission of the Czech Republic to the UN, OSCE and Other International Organizations in Vienna. Moreover, he completed his traineeship at the European Parliament in 2021. Mikuláš also has professional experience working in governmental bodies, and NGOs.

Mikuláš speaks English, Spanish, Czech, Slovak, and has a basic knowledge of Italian and Polish.
