Zoé Gáspár joined the OSCE PA’s office in Copenhagen in August 2024.

She holds an LLM in Public International Law from Utrecht University and a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Psychology, Law & Economics from the University of Amsterdam. 

Prior to joining the OSCE PA, Zoé worked at the Delegation of the European Union to the United Nations in New York and taught law at the University of Amsterdam. She also gained experience as a political and legal research assistant at various organisations, and volunteered in different editorial roles.

Zoé is fluent in Hungarian and English, and has a good understanding of Italian.
