The 33rd Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will take place from 4 to 8 July 2026 at the World Forum Convention Center in The Hague, Netherlands. The theme of the Annual Session is “International Law and Shared Principles: Foundations for Security and Co-operation in the OSCE Area.”

Access for all delegates is through the main entrance. All badges and documents should be collected from the OSCE PA Registration desk located in the Princess Amalia foyer, level 0 (ground floor). Once delegates have collected their badge, they can access the session areas.
REGISTRATION
The Registration and Information Desk will be located in the Princess Amalia foyer (ground floor) of the World Forum in The Hague, starting Friday 3 July 2026 from 15:00 to 20:00. For the rest of the Annual Session, registration will be open every day from 07:45 until the end of official meetings.
All participants, including accompanying persons, are kindly requested to register as soon as possible after their arrival. They will be required to show photographic identification when registering (passport or identity card). All participants and accompanying persons will be able to collect their badges, conference bags, and documents after their registration.
A provisional List of Participants will be made available. To enable the OSCE PA International Secretariat to issue the final list and to ensure the accuracy of its content, national delegations are kindly requested to indicate any corrections to the provisional list at the Registration Desk.
DEADLINES
Amendments to the draft resolutions must be received at the Secretariat with the required signatures by Monday 22 June. Amendments to supplementary items must be received with the required signatures by Monday 29 June.

PASSPORTS AND VISA
All participants must check beforehand if they need a Visa to enter The Netherlands by visiting Visa for the Netherlands | NetherlandsWorldwide.
Delegates who require an entry visa should contact the Embassy or Consulate representing The Netherlands in their country of residence to check the requirements necessary to obtain a visa for the Annual Session.
Participants traveling to the Netherlands must comply with the regulations governing travel to and staying in the Schengen area.
IDENTIFICATION AND SECURITY
All participants must be accredited by the OSCE PA and in possession of an OSCE PA badge. They will be subject to security checks upon entering the building.
For security purposes, all participants, including accompanying persons, observers, delegation staff and members of the press, are requested to wear their identity badges at all meetings and social events. Identity badges will be needed to access all conference events, including social events.
Loss of identity badges should be reported immediately to the conference staff at registration.
For security reasons, all participants, observers, delegation staff and members of the press must also be able to show their identity card or passport upon request.
DOCUMENTATION AND COPYING SERVICES
The OSCE PA International Secretariat will send electronic documents in PDF format to all delegations. Most of the documents related to the Annual Session will also be uploaded on the OSCE PA mobile application and can also be downloaded from the OSCE PA website. A limited number of documents will be printed. Secretaries of Delegations are advised to make arrangements to print documents needed in advance. Printers and photocopying machines will be at the disposal of the Secretaries of Delegations at designated areas at the World Forum.
INTERPRETATION
During the various official meetings of the Annual Session, simultaneous interpretation will be provided in all six official languages of the OSCE: English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish.
CATERING
Lunch for individuals will be available for purchase in the World Forum. Delegates can choose from a variety of options including sandwiches, salads and fruit. Please note that the World Forum only accepts cards, no cash. There are many restaurants nearby the World Forum, but most restaurants are located in the city center of The Hague. Bus shuttles during lunch hours to and from the selected hotels in the city center will be provided by the host parliament.
INSURANCE
Personal and medical insurance is the responsibility of individual participants. The Dutch Parliament will not be responsible for any lost luggage, currency or personal effects, or any medical costs.
MEDICAL FACILITIES
Medical assistance will be available throughout the meetings. A first aid office will be located in the World Forum. However, illness requiring medical treatment and hospitalization is the responsibility of the individual. Participants taking medicine should bring enough to cover their needs. Please note that the general telephone number in case of emergency (medical, fire or security) is 112.
CLIMATE AND TIME ZONE
In July, The Hague is part of CEST – Central European Summer Time (UTC/GMT +02:00). The average temperature in The Hague in July is around 25ºC maximum and 15ºC minimum.
CURRENCY
The currency in The Netherlands is Euro €.
ELECTRICITY
The voltage in The Netherlands is 230V and European style two-pin plugs are used (Type C and Type F).
TELECOMMUNICATION
The international code for The Netherlands is 0031/+31, followed by a phone number. Access to high-speed Wi-Fi will be available at the World Forum. Many public places in the Hague offer free wireless internet, including restaurants and bars.
SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all public buildings in The Netherlands. Please note that smoking is also prohibited in various outdoor areas in the Netherlands, such as train stations, train platforms, and some outdoor terraces. Look for signage indicating whether smoking is allowed. There is a designated smoking terrace available on the first floor of the World Forum.
