
The 23rd Autumn Meeting of the OSCE PA will take place in Istanbul, Türkiye, on 17-19 November 2025. Hosted by the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, the Autumn Meeting will include a Parliamentary Conference, held under the theme “The OSCE at 50: Revitalizing Multilateralism through Dialogue and Cooperation”, a meeting of the Mediterranean Forum, and a meeting of the Standing Committee.

Secretaries of OSCE PA Parliamentary Delegations are requested to register participants via the OSCE PA online registration platform by Friday, 17 October 2025. Please provide preliminary travel details and the name of the selected hotel when registering your delegation and update the information when necessary.

Departure of delegates
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
All participants must check beforehand if they need a Visa to enter Türkiye by visiting the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs official Website.
Delegates who require an entry visa should contact the Embassy or Consulate representing Türkiye in their country of residence to check the requirements necessary to obtain a visa for the Autumn Meeting.
INTERPRETATION
During the sessions of the Autumn Meeting, simultaneous interpretation will be provided in all six official languages of the OSCE - English, French, German, Italian, Russian, Spanish, and in Turkish.
CATERING
Lunch will be provided by the Turkish Parliament on the M4 floor of the Hilton Bomonti Hotel. Additional lunch and dining options are available both within the hotel and in the surrounding area.
MEDICAL FACILITIES
Medical assistance will be available throughout the meetings. An ambulance will be stationed in front of the Hilton Bomonti Hotel during the event. Please note that the general telephone number in case of emergency (medical, fire or security) is 112.
DRESS CODE
Business attire is required for formal occasions and most of social events.
CLIMATE AND TIME ZONE
Istanbul is part of GMT Time (GMT+03:00). In November, average temperatures typically range between 6°C (minimum) and 15°C (maximum).
CURRENCY
The local currency is the Turkish Lira (TL). Most types of cards are accepted at merchants and restaurants. Cash can be withdrawn from ATMs located throughout the city and inside the hotels. Please note that some taxis may not accept card payments.
ELECTRICITY
The voltage in İstanbul is 220V and Standard European-style two-pin plugs are used.
TELECOMUNICATION
The international code for Türkiye is 0090/+90, followed by a phone number. Access to Wi-Fi will be available at the Hilton Bomonti Congress Centre.
SMOKING
Smoking is only allowed outside of the Congress Center and on the balconies.
