Mykyta Poturaiev (Ukraine) was elected Vice-President of the Assembly at the 30th Annual Session in Vancouver and was re-elected in The Hague in July 2026.

As a member of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the Servant of the People Party since 2019, Mr. Mykyta Poturaiev serves as the Chairman of the Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy.

He holds a political science degree from the Dnipro National University’s Philology Faculty. He is a media and political expert and has held different positions at NPOs and media holdings. Furthermore, he founded the Quantum Futures Lab, focusing on Ukrainian development.

He is the Head of the Ukrainian Delegation to the OSCE PA and serves as Co-Chair of the Parliamentary Support Team for Ukraine.
