TREND NEWS AGENCY 23 June 10 A referendum on amending to Kyrgyzstan's Constitution, which is scheduled for Sunday, is important for the country, OSCE Parliamentary Assembly's Special Representative for Central Asia, Kimmo Kiljunen believes.
