Under the overall supervision of the Deputy Secretary General the Head of Conference Services manages and coordinates the International Secretariat’s preparations related to the Assembly’s main meetings and conferences.

In addition, Odile Lelarge:

• Serves as liaison with host countries and parliamentary delegations in the context of Assembly meetings and conferences;
• Co-ordinates with other services within the International Secretariat;
• Manages recruitment of temporary staff necessary to support Assembly meetings and conferences, among other responsibilities.

Lelarge joined the International Secretariat as Conference Co-ordinator in July 2006. Prior to joining the International Secretariat, Lelarge worked as a Project Manager in the area of employment, vocational training and gender-focused EU programmes (EQUAL projects).

She holds a master’s degree in business administration, specializing in human resources management. Working languages: French, English, German and Danish.
