Under the overall supervision of the Deputy Secretary General, the Chief of the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Service and Support Section, Finance Officer is responsible for maintaining ICT systems, infrastructure and networks in support of the International Secretariat’s work, and supporting the financial and administrative running of the Secretariat. In addition, Stephen Paul:

• Advises senior management on ICT management and supports the ICT governance;
• Provides advice to senior management on new technologies to address Secretariat challenges, and supports press and communications work;
• Maintains the organization’s accounts;
• Serves as Deputy Chief Administration and Finance.

Paul joined the staff of the International Secretariat in April 2008. Prior to joining the OSCE PA, he worked as a financial analyst with American International Group.

Paul attended Bard College at Simon’s Rock and St. John’s University. He graduated with majors in Computer Science and Economics.
