Jevrosima Pejović (Montenegro) - Vice-Chair

Costel Neculai DunavaJevrosima Pejović (Montenegro) was elected Vice-Chair at the 2025 Annual Session in Porto.

She is a Montenegrin Member of Parliament with a background in psychology and psychotherapy. She earned her degree in psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy in Nikšić and completed studies in Gestalt psychotherapy at the Gestalt Psychotherapy Training Institute in Malta. Furthering her expertise, she undertook advanced training at the Sigmund Freud University in Vienna.

In her parliamentary role, Pejović serves on several committees, including the Security and Defence Committee, the Committee on European Integration, and the Anti-Corruption Committee. She is also a member of the Women's MP Group and represents Montenegro in the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU). In the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly she has contributed to the Network of Young Parliamentarians initiative and election observation missions, notably in Georgia.

Pejović is actively involved in addressing global challenges like terrorism and the misuse of artificial intelligence. She has participated in forums and conferences in Doha and Rome, emphasizing the importance of youth involvement in counter-terrorism efforts and advocating for international cooperation to combat the exploitation of digital technologies by extremist groups. Additionally, she has engaged in dialogues focused on combating organized crime and corruption, highlighting the need for robust legislative frameworks and regional collaboration.
