Georgian MP elected vice-president of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly

Georgian MP was elected vice-president of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.

Deputy Speaker of Georgian Parliament Gigi Tsereteli was elected vice-president of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly at a session in Monaco majority of votes on Monday.

Representatives of the United States, Germany and France also became the vice-presidents. The new leadership of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will serve until 2015.

Presidential elections of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly were also held on Monday. Representative of Italy Riccardo Migliori won the elections.

"We have received strong support of delegates to the PA, and it requires much, we feel a great responsibility," Tsereteli said.
