The 30th Annual Session of the OSCE PA took place 30 June to 4 July 2023 in Vancouver, Canada, and culminated in the adoption of the Vancouver Declaration. The theme for the Annual Session was “Strengthening Regional Security by Fostering Democratic and Inclusive Societies: The Role of the OSCE PA”.
