The 23rd Autumn Meeting of the OSCE PA will take place in Istanbul, Türkiye, on 17-19 November 2025. Hosted by the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, the Autumn Meeting will include a Parliamentary Conference, held under the theme “The OSCE at 50: Revitalizing Multilateralism through Dialogue and Co-operation,” a meeting of the Mediterranean Forum, and a meeting of the Standing Committee.
