Early Parliamentary Elections in Kyrgyzstan — 30 November 2025

Early parliamentary elections are planned to take place in Kyrgyzstan on 30 November, and following an invitation to observe these elections, and after appropriate communication to Bureau Members, the President has decided to deploy an Election Observation Mission to these important elections to work closely with expected teams from the OSCE/ODIHR and partner parliamentary assemblies.

Claude Haagen (Luxembourg) has been appointed by the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office as Special Co-ordinator and leader of the short-term OSCE observers, and Monika Zajkova (North Macedonia) has been appointed as the Head of the OSCE PA Delegation of observers.
