The 23rd Autumn Meeting of the OSCE PA took place in Istanbul, Türkiye, on 17-19 November 2025 . Hosted by the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye , the Autumn Meeting included a Parliamentary Conference, held under the theme “The OSCE at 50: Revitalizing Multilateralism through Dialogue and Co-operation,” a meeting of the Mediterranean Forum, and a meeting of the Standing Committee. With around
